Hot air balloon over the Serengeti

Day 1: Arusha to Serengeti National Park (Fly-In)

Your luxury safari begins with a morning flight from Arusha Airport to Seronera Airstrip in the Serengeti. Upon arrival, your private guide will greet you with a chilled drink and brief you on the days ahead.

Embark on your first game drive en route to your luxury camp or lodge. The Central Serengeti’s vast plains are home to lions, leopards, elephants, and the Great Migration (seasonal). Enjoy a gourmet bush lunch at a scenic spot.

Arrive at your luxury accommodation for sunset cocktails and a sumptuous dinner under the stars. Overnight at a premier camp/lodge such as Four Seasons Serengeti, Singita Grumeti, or similar.

Day 2: Balloon Safari & Full-Day Game Drives

Pre-dawn wake-up for an unforgettable hot-air balloon safari (included). Glide silently over the Serengeti at sunrise, spotting wildlife below, followed by a champagne breakfast in the bush.

Return to camp for refreshments before a full day of private game drives. Your guide will tailor the experience to your interests—tracking big cats, visiting hippo pools, or following migratory herds. Enjoy a curated picnic lunch in a secluded location.

Evening sundowners at a scenic viewpoint before returning to your luxury camp for dinner and storytelling around the fire.

Day 3: Full Day Serengeti Exploration

After a leisurely breakfast, set out for a full day of game drives in remote sectors of the Serengeti. Explore the Moru Kopjes, Retina Hippo Pool, or Seronera River Valley, where wildlife congregates year-round.

Private bush lunch with panoramic views, followed by an afternoon drive focusing on photography or birdwatching (over 500 species recorded). Visit a Maasai cultural site (optional) en route back to camp.

Farewell dinner under the stars, featuring Tanzanian wines and a surprise bush entertainment performance.

Day 4: Sunrise Game Drive - Departure

Early morning game drive with breakfast boxes to catch predators at dawn. One last chance to witness the Serengeti’s magic as lions hunt and herds graze in golden light.

Return to camp for a farewell brunch before transferring to Seronera Airstrip for your 11:00 AM flight. Choose between:

  • Return to Arusha (for international departures)
  • Fly to Zanzibar (beach extension available)
